Vintage Beauty Pop Up Slider Card

Greetings fellow Art Card Enthusiasts.   Today I am posting a card style that I just found via pinterest on a you tube video by CreativeKelly4rmCali.  She made one of these and then I did a search for "Pop Up Slider" on Pinterest and found a couple bloggers who gave a tutorial on how to make it.   Isn't the Lord good when He knows the desire of our hearts.   I hope you enjoy the card and I've added several pictures so you can see how I made my version of this pop up slider card.

This view is the card standing up.  The image is from "Crafts and Me" and I colored it with Copic Markers.

Side view of card to show that I also popped the image up on the slider instead of it laying flat.

Another view to show how the image is curved and popped up on the slider.  I did this by adding double back foam tape on the outside edges and then did a triple layer next to that so it would keep it's popped up shape.  It was a bit challenging.

Here is a view when the slider is pulled from the back by the ribbon.

Here is a picture showing a side view with the slider pulled out in the back to pop up the image.

This is a top view looking down on the card where you can see how I added the double back foam tape to make it bow out.

Well, that was a lot of pictures.   Hope you enjoyed my version of this pop up slider card.   If you have any questions about it leave me a comment and I'll get back to you and may the Lord richly bless you.
